This 130 sq. m. apartment, designed by Architect Filippo Grutti in Palermo’s Giotto neighborhood, is defined by elegance and style. The large interior spaces were reorganized to create a more functional floor plan dominated by light shades: there is a living room and office, eat-in kitchen and two bedrooms and bathrooms, one located within the master suite.
The luminous and airy top-floor apartment becomes even more so thanks to light wall colors and flooring, complimented by modern furnishing. The T.V. area is mostly beige, creating contrast with the communicating, built-in bookshelf that peeks into the kitchen and opens up to the bedroom area. The bathrooms have striped tiling on the walls and cement-textured flooring.
